Мы, прадстаўнікі беларускай дыяспары ў ЗША, прызнаючы наяўнасьць акупацыйнага рэжыму на тэрыторыі Беларусі й ўсьведамляючы адказнасьць за катастрафічныя наступствы расейскай ваеннай агрэсыі ва Ўкраіне, зьвяртаемся да суродзічаў, якія засталіся на радзіме.
Прымаючы да ўвагі той факт, што на сёньняшні момант Расейская Фэдэрацыя дэ юрэ й дэ факта з’яўляецца дзяржавай-тэрарыстам і нясе пагрозу ня толькі сваім бліжэйшым суседзям, але й ўсяму цывілізаванаму сьвету, мы абсалютна перакананыя ў тым, што беларускія грамадзяне не павінныя заставацца ў баку ад таго, што адбываецца, і мусяць любымі дасяжнымі сродкамі дамагацца наступнага:
- тэрміновага й неадкладнага вываду расейскіх войскаў з тэрыторыі Беларусі;
- скасаваньня дамовы аб калектыўнай бясьпецы (АДКБ), якая дазваляе Расеі выкарыстоўваць тэрыторыю Беларусі для ваеннай агрэсыі;
- ануляваньня незаконнай дамовы аб стварэньні так званай Саюзнай дзяржавы з Расейскай Фэдэрацыяй;
- выйсьця з Мытнага зьвязу й іншых хаўрусаў, створаных нелегітымнай уладай з мэтай паступовага паглынаньня нашай краіны ўсходнім суседам;
- увядзеньня пашпартнага кантролю на мяжы з РФ.
Беларусь павінна вярнуцца ў Эўропу, а не заставацца ў ганебных хаўрусах з дзяржавай-агрэсарам! Гэта будзе магчымым пасьля вырашэньня першачарговай задачы – ліквідацыі антыбеларускага па сваёй сутнасьці рэжыму Лукашэнкі. І за гэта неабходна штодзённа змагацца.

MEMORANDUM
We, the representatives of the Belarusian diaspora in the USA, recognizing the existence of the occupation regime on the territory of Belarus and realizing the responsibility for the catastrophic consequences of the Russian military aggression in Ukraine, claim to the compatriots who are currently in the homeland.
Taking in the view the fact, that today de jure and de facto the Russian Federation is a terrorist state, that threatens not only its closest neighbors, but also the entire civilized world, we are absolutely convinced that Belarusian citizens should not stay away from the situation and they must achieve the following, using all available resources:
- urgent and immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Belarus;
- the abolition of the Collective Security Treaty, which allows Russia to use the territory of Belarus for military aggression;
- annulment of the illegal agreement on the establishment of the so-called Union State with the Russian Federation;
- cancellation of the Customs Union and other allies formed by the illegitimate government and aimed to gradually absorb our native country by the eastern neighbour;
- implementation of passport control on the border with Russia.
Belarus must return to Europe and to leave all shameful alliances with the aggressor state! It will be possible after solving the priority task – the elimination of the anti-Belarusian regime of Lukashenka. It is necessary to fight for it every day.
